  • We're at 1241 Flushing Ave in Bushwick - just one minute from the Jefferson L train stop. Look for the red building!

  • All our events are 21+, and valid government ID is required for entry.

  • Email hello@theredpavilion.com with item details. It may take up to 24hrs for lost items to reach our office. Pick up can only take place at the venue during our normal business hours.

  • Yes, tickets are sold at the door based on venue capacity, but purchasing in advance is recommended.

  • There is no formal dress code, but we encourage you to express yourself! It’s impossible to feel overdressed at The Red Pavilion.

  • All purchasers are required to check a box acknowledging our no-refund policy before proceeding to checkout. Per the terms of sale, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including illness, no-show or lateness.

  • Yes. Please email hello@theredpavilion.com and we’ll assist with changing the names on the tickets for you. Please exercise caution when buying tickets from people online and email us first to confirm ticket validity.

  • Yes, GA tickets are standing room only. Limited seating is available for GA guests at our bench along the back wall of the venue, and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • We serve a limited bar snack menu, which you can preview via our Menu tab. We also offer catering for private events - please inquire at booking@theredpavilion.com.

  • Please email hello@theredpavilion.com with your desired show time/date to confirm availability. Because most of our events sell out in advance, we do not typically offer group discounts; however, please contact us with the details of your request, and we can let you know what is possible!

  • Our venue is conveniently located at street level, with double doors that open easily. Any table can be arranged to meet accessibility needs, and our staff is always happy to help.

    For enhanced ease and comfort, we recommend booking a seat in advance. We have two bathrooms inside the venue, and the one on the left is ADA accessible.

  • Yes! Our selection of available bottles can be found via our Menu (please navigate to the Bottle Service tab).

  • Yes. Coat check is complimentary for shows, and $2 per item after-hours.

  • Yes, but please refrain from using flash photography, and be conscious not to block sight lines of the people behind you.
